Opening statement from senior management

The Sunseeker London Group is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain and imposes the same high standards on its suppliers.

This statement sets out the steps taken by Sunseeker London Limited, company registration number 02875114 and its group companies, including Sunseeker Poole Limited, company registration number 067384406 and its group companies. (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “Sunseeker London Group”) in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We are committed to ensure there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supplier chains or in any part of our business.

This statement has been approved by the board of the Sunseeker London Group.

Organisation’s structure

We are distributors of Sunseeker motor yachts and we are part of the Sunseeker London Group.

Our Policies

As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking, we have implemented policies for all employees, individuals and organisations who deal with the Sunseeker London Group.

We make sure our suppliers are aware of our policies, and adhere to the same high standards.

Due diligence

As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we have due diligence procedures.

Our procedures are designed to:

  • establish and assess areas of potential risk in our business and supply chains;
  • monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains;
  • reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains; and 
  • provide adequate protection for whistleblowers.

Risk management

The Sunseeker London Group regularly evaluates the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in its supply chain.

We do not consider that we operate in high-risk sectors or locations.  Nevertheless, where we  identify a potential risk, appropriate measures are put in place.

We ensure all our suppliers adhere to our anti-slavery policy. We enforce a strict code of compliance and do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains.

Training

We ensure our staff recognise the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.  Employees are encouraged to identify and report any potential breaches of our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy.

Employees are taught the benefits of stringent measures to tackle slavery and human trafficking, as well as the consequences of failing to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from our business and supply chains.

This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Sunseeker London Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year commencing January 2025 and ending December 2025.

This statement was approved by David Lewis, Managing Director, for and on behalf of the Sunseeker London Group.
